• Returning after exclusion: At the end of a temporary exclusion period, you will receive a reminder notification. Your Account will not be automatically reactivated — you must actively confirm that you wish to resume play and complete a brief wellbeing check. For permanent exclusions, re-registration is blocked for a minimum of 5 years and subject to additional review.

Not every situation calls for a full self-exclusion.
